The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is an international Catholic organization of lay persons, founded in 1883 by Frederic Ozanam and his companions. Placed under the partonage of St. Vincent de Paul, they felt the need to bear witness to their Christian Faith with ACTIONS rather than WORDS. Vincentians continue their work by seeing Christ in the poor and serving the poor as Christ himself did. Traditionally, by distributing food, and home visits, they provide solace and consolation when needed. Meetings are every 2nd and 4th Wednesday of the month at 9:00 a.m.
